Series of random packing have been developed since 1972, applying in various industries, e.g. chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, fine chemicals and environmental protection industries. Several patents of our products or production were granted by national authorities.

 

 

 


Ceramic Saddle Ring

As the random packing further improved on the basis of Berl Saddle, Ceramic Saddle Ring is an intermediate between saddle and ring in shape. It owns advantages of random packing in the shape of ring or saddle. Such structure helps vapor-liquid distribute evenly and lower pressure drop inside packing bed. Comparing with application of Pall Ring, the resistance to vapor-liquid is smaller, flux is bigger and the mass transfer efficiency is higher. It's the most widely applied random packing in industries.

With the characters of high mechanical strength, high chemical stability, and excellent heat endurance, Ceramic Saddle Ring can resist high or low temperature, acid (except HF), alkali, salt and various organic solvents. It's widely applied in various packing towers of desiccation, absorption, cooling, washing, and regeneration in industries of petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, gas and oxygen generation.

Ceramic Saddle Ring is used mainly in two fields. One field is the chemical and petrochemical industries and another is in environmental protection areas, e.g.  RTO equipment.

2. Saddle applied for RTO

Saddle is used as heat transfer media in RTO equipment, with excellent character of high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance during repeated cycling between 20℃ and 820 ℃. It's of much higher density, which specific gravity is
2.3-2.4g/cm3, and its average heat capacity is of 0.22 cal/g.℃ between 20℃ and 500℃.
