Due to progressive diversity of
products needs from end users, there is a real desire for ¡®uniqueness¡¯ in
personal care products. Standard concept formulae can not meet their needs
exactly, Therefore, OEM & ODM, customized manufacturing or ¡®made-to-order¡¯ seem
to be a global trend.
If customer entrust us to conduct OEM or ODM manufacturing, firstly, we communicate with customer to
understand and develop the ODM formula¡¯s name, type, market position, sales
targets, production and packaging requirements, etc. Then, we start our ODM project
based on the customer¡¯s requirements and specifications, after customers provide
valid business and brand licenses. Generally, the process covers ODM
entrustment, formula research & development, sample trial production, sample
confirmation, official production, quality control and acceptance, delivery.
Currently, we can provide four ODM service options for our customers:
- Customer¡¯s Formula
We product personal care products in accordance with the formula provided by
our customer
- Standard Existing Formula
We produce products to our customers in accordance with our existing concept
formula
- Modified Formula
Based on our existing concept formula, we modify it in accordance with
customer's needs
- Tailor-made Formula
We develop a new formula in accordance with customer's needs or desire
