Nano-ceramic coating
If nanoscale crystalline
ceramic coating is applied, without
the process unit of heat treatment at 600-1200 ℃, the exquisite ceramic
coat can also be formed, even with better performance and additional
functions, at lower temperature of 150-200℃. Therefore, it's
widely applied in those materials which are not allowed to treat at high
temperature. Furthermore, its solvent is alcohol or water, which are
harmless to human body. So, it's environmental friendly paint.
This product is the paint which paints on the various kinds of materials
after fluidizing metal oxides adhesive and inorganic filling agents. And
then it is heated at low temperature in order to form excellent
inorganic paint film.
This product is a hi-tech nano crystalline ceramics paints consisting of
inorganic substances of high purity, which makes up the disadvantages of
original paints such as fluroresin, enamel, allyl, etc. It can be
applied in ceramic paints for internal and external wall architecture
board materials.

Application |
Nanoscale crystalline ceramic paint is widely applied in various
household products, as: inner wall and external wall architecture
board materials, fireproofing materials, electric baking plates, electric
heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens, frying pans, electric cookers,
etc., and industrial products such as: vehicles' hub, motorcycle fittings,
circuit board, engine fittings, etc. |

Excellent weathering resistance
Be able to keep color performance under polluted air and acid rain. Good color
and quality. Open air test approves no color and luster reduces.

Good corrosion resistance, water proof, and isn't influenced by any solvent.
Dust and other substances are not easy to cling to the coat. Self-cleaning, and
be easy to be cleaned by rain.

High temperature resistance and incombustible
its main ingredients are
inorganic substances, and has stable high temperature resistance below 500℃.
Besides, organic paints exert noxious gas when burning, but the inorganic nanocrystalline ceramic paints exert no smoke, no toxic gas, and the color
doesn’t change when burning. Also the coat has no obvious change when
temperature changes sharply;

Fireresistant
non-stick coating
Brief
introduction Improved Silicone resin has stable structure and excellent high
temperature resistance performance. Relatively low surface tension. Self-cleaning and non-viscous.
Improved Silicone resin has good coherence when painting on the
metal surface of aluminum, iron, stainless steel, etc., and the
hardness is above 3H.
Features and
uses Good high temperature resistance. Can be used below 230℃ for a long
period, and can touch naked flame; Low surface tension, and paint film is non-viscous. Be easy to

steel and so on materials, it has outstanding altitude and hardness
stabilities and non-viscous. It hardly be affected by the oil stain
and protein, and can be used for baking tray, cake mold, etc.
Water-based PTFE
coating
Brief introduction Improved
polytetrafluoroethylene resin has excellent heat resistance,
which can be used for a long time at 250℃; Very low surface tension. Low
rub coefficient; Excellent non-vicious performance; good chemic erosion resistance
which can resist the erosion of almost all chemicals.
Features and uses Because its good heat resistance, non-vicious performance, low rub
coefficient and strong chemic erosion resistance, and also it meets
the standard of food sanitation, it can be widely applied in:
kitchen wares as: baking fry, frying pan, roaster, etc, chemical
erosion resistance wares and industrial stripper, etc.

Safety Precautions Before using the product, please read the Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS) carefully. Open and use containers only in well-ventilated areas using local
exhaust ventilation. Vapor and fumes liberated during hot
processing, or from smoking tobacco or cigarettes contaminated with
the product, may cause flu-like symptoms (chill, fever, sore throat). Vapor
and fumes liberated during hot processing should be exhausted
completely from work area. Contamination of tobacco with the product
should be avoided. Mixtures with some finely divided metals, such as magnesium or
aluminum, can be flammable or explosive under some conditions.
