Our polymer coating can protect  your healthy life style through its excellent application on cookware.

We specialize in developing and producing coatings, covering nano ceramic coating, fireresistant non-stick coating, water-based PTFE coating,  and PTFE micro-powder. Our manufactory is located at Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province  with production capacity over 2000 MT per year. The total asset for this manufactory is 60 million RMB with 2000 m2 production area. 

Our products have been passed FDA certification of the United States, RoHS certification of the European Union and LFBG certification of Germany. Our products are widely applied in cooking ware and electric appliance such as rice cooker, bread barrel, non-stick pot, baking plate and microwave oven and so on.

Nano-ceramic coating

If nanoscale crystalline ceramic coating is applied, without the process unit of heat treatment at 600-1200 ℃, the exquisite ceramic coat can also be formed, even with better performance and additional functions, at lower temperature of 150-200℃.  Therefore, it's widely applied in those materials which are not allowed to treat at high temperature. Furthermore, its solvent is alcohol or water, which are harmless to human body. So, it's environmental friendly paint.

This product is the paint which paints on the various kinds of materials after fluidizing metal oxides adhesive and inorganic filling agents. And then it is heated at low temperature in order to form excellent inorganic paint film.

This product is a hi-tech nano crystalline ceramics paints consisting of inorganic substances of high purity, which makes up the disadvantages of original paints such as fluroresin, enamel, allyl, etc. It can be applied in ceramic paints for internal and external wall architecture board materials.

Application

Nanoscale crystalline ceramic paint is widely applied  in various household products,  as: inner wall and external wall architecture board materials, fireproofing materials, electric baking plates, electric heaters, electric irons, microwave ovens, frying pans, electric cookers, etc., and industrial products such as: vehicles' hub, motorcycle fittings, circuit board, engine fittings, etc.

  • Excellent weathering resistance
    Be able to keep color performance under polluted air and acid rain. Good color and quality. Open air test approves no color and luster reduces.

  • Good corrosion resistance, water proof, and isn't influenced by any solvent.
    Dust and other substances are not easy to cling to the coat. Self-cleaning, and be easy to be cleaned by rain.

  • High temperature resistance and incombustible
    its main ingredients are inorganic substances, and has stable high temperature resistance below 500℃. Besides, organic paints exert noxious gas when burning, but the inorganic nanocrystalline ceramic paints exert no smoke, no toxic gas, and the color doesn’t change when burning. Also the coat has no obvious change when temperature changes sharply;

  • Strong coherence and high hardness which can reach the pencil hardness of 6-9H;

  • The paint film is strong but soft without debonding or cracking.


Fireresistant non-stick coating

Brief introduction
Improved Silicone resin has stable structure and excellent high temperature resistance performance.
Relatively low surface tension. Self-cleaning and non-viscous.
Improved Silicone resin has good coherence when painting on the metal surface of aluminum, iron, stainless steel, etc., and the hardness is above 3H.

Features and uses
Good high temperature resistance. Can be used below 230℃ for a long period, and can touch naked flame;
Low surface tension, and paint film is non-viscous. Be easy to clean;
The product meets the standard of food and pharmacy test. No toxic;
Coats protect the covered materials well, and can provide various bright colors which add the beauty of the product.
So this product can be widely applied in: sandwich baking plate, waffles baking plate, coffee pot, surface of cookers, cake model, barbecue grill, electric iron, external and internal wall of cookers, electric cooker, etc.

  • 1600 series oily coating
    curing temperature: 380℃, be suitable for aluminum, iron, stainless steel and so on materials, it has outstanding heat resistance, vapor resistance, non-vicious, recoatability, etc. so it can be used for baking tray, heater, electric cooker and aluminum cooker, etc.

  • 2600 series oily coating
    curing temperature: 280℃, be suitable for aluminum, iron, stainless steel and so on materials, it has outstanding heat resistance and smudge resistance and colorful, can be used for the external walls of kitchen utensils, household electric appliances, etc.

  • 6600 series oily coating
    curing temperature: 280℃, be suitable for aluminum, iron, stainless steel and so on materials, it has outstanding altitude and hardness stabilities and non-viscous. It hardly be affected by the oil stain and protein, and can be used for baking tray, cake mold, etc.


Water-based PTFE coating

Brief introduction
Improved polytetrafluoroethylene resin has excellent heat resistance, which can be used for a long time at 250℃;
Very low surface tension. Low rub coefficient;
Excellent non-vicious performance; good chemic erosion resistance which can resist the erosion of almost all chemicals.

Features and uses
Because its good heat resistance, non-vicious performance, low rub coefficient and strong chemic erosion resistance, and also it meets the standard of food sanitation, it can be widely applied in: kitchen wares as: baking fry, frying pan, roaster, etc, chemical erosion resistance wares and industrial stripper, etc.

Packing
20kg or 18Kg plastic drum. Eight drums are packaged on one pallet for easy shipping, handling and storage.

Storage
Cover sealed, in dry and cool place, away from acid, alkali, and salt, avoid exposing in sunshine and rain

Safety Precautions
Before using the product, please read the Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS) carefully.
Open and use containers only in well-ventilated areas using local exhaust ventilation. Vapor and fumes liberated during hot processing, or from smoking tobacco or cigarettes contaminated with the product, may cause flu-like symptoms (chill, fever, sore throat). Vapor and fumes liberated during hot processing should be exhausted completely from work area. Contamination of tobacco with the product should be avoided.
Mixtures with some finely divided metals, such as magnesium or aluminum, can be flammable or explosive under some conditions.

本产品无需在600-1200℃热处理工程,能在150-200℃的低温形成细腻的陶瓷涂层,且具有各种优势和功能,适用于无法进行高温处理的基材.此外,以醇或水作为溶剂,无害于人体,可说是对环保有益的涂料. 本产品是将金属氧化物系粘结剂和无机填充物液化以后,涂在各种基材的涂料,经过低温加热处理,以形成优异的无机物涂膜. 本产品是以高纯度无机物组成的高新纳米陶瓷涂料,弥补原有的氟树脂、珐琅、丙烯基涂料的缺点,适用于内外墙建筑板材的陶瓷涂料.
特点及功能应用:
耐候性能佳,在空气污染、酸雨下,保色性能优异,色彩鲜艳,质感好,露天测验证明没有任何色泽减少; 耐腐蚀性优异,且能防水,不受任何溶剂的影响,灰尘和其它物质不易粘上涂层,有自动净化作用,易被雨水洗净; 耐热不燃:该产品的主要成分为无机物,在500℃以下具有较为稳定的耐热性。此外,有机涂料燃烧时发生有毒气体,而无机纳米陶瓷涂料燃烧时无烟,无有毒气体,毫无变色,亦温度剧变涂层无明显变化; 附着力强,硬度高,可达6-9H的铅笔硬度; 涂膜强韧而柔软,几乎没有涂膜被剥离或皲裂.
综上性能,纳米陶瓷涂料被广泛应用于:内外墙建筑板材,防火材料板,电烤盘,电加热器,电熨斗,微波炉,煎炒锅,电饭锅等家用产品及汽车轮毂,摩托车配件,电子电路板,发动机配件等工业用产品。
Application: Additive to thermoplastics, thermoset plastics, and elastomers    Being added in PC, POM, PA, PPS, ABS, PS, HIPS, PP, thermoset plastics and elastomers ( EPR, silicone rubber, SBR etc.), it can obviously reduce the attrition to the sliding parts, and the friction coefficient of the base substance.
