Series of random packing have been developed since 1972, applying in various industries, e.g. chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, fine chemicals and environmental protection industries. Several patents of our products or production were granted by national authorities.


Ceramic Berl Saddle

Ceramic Berl Saddle is an early developed random packing in the shape of saddle, which internal and external surfaces are open entirely. Distribution of vapor-liquid is distributed evenly same at both sides.

When Berl saddles are stacked in the column, comparing with Raschig Ring, the pressure to the column wall is lower. Since both internal and external sides have the same shape, Berl saddles are often superposed each other when they are stacked in the column. It often causes decrease of accumulation voidage. Comparing with Raschig Ring, Berl Saddle is easier to be crashed when stacking in the column. Now, it’s being replaced by improved Ceramic Saddle.

With the characters of high mechanical strength, high chemical stability, and excellent heat endurance, Ceramic Berl Saddle can resist high temperature, high pressure, acid, alkali, salt and various organic solvents. It can be applied in petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, gas and environmental protection industries.

陶瓷填料在塔内呈相互搭接,形成连锁结构的弧形气道,有利于气液流均匀分布。并减少阻力。与拉西环相比之性能较好,但易叠套,在叠紧处易造成沟流,传泛点高。在床层中比拉西环易破碎。弧鞍又称贝尔鞍环(Berl saddle),是出现较早的鞍形填料,形如马鞍,大小自25mm至50mm的较常用。弧鞍的表面不分内外,全部敞开,流体在两侧表面分布同样均匀。它的另一特点是堆放在塔内时,对塔壁侧压力比环形填料小。但由于两侧表面构形相同,堆放时填料容易叠合,因而减少暴露的表面,最近已渐为构形改善了的矩鞍填料所代替。
